The Loot

Auditori de Manacor, Passeig del Ferrocarril / Carrer de Tarragona, 07500 Manacor, Balearic Islands

A hilarious black comedy by Joe Orton that puts morality, religion and institutions under pressure. The story begins with the death of Mrs McLeavy and a bank robbery: her son Hal and his friend Dennis decide to hide the money inside the deceased woman’s coffin.

An acerbic and irreverent comedy, directed by Miquel Górriz and starring Pere Arquillué together with a company of six actors, turning what usually seems tragic to us into farce.
