Maria Moliszewska - “A Winter in Mallorca” Festival

Teatre Municipal Xesc Forteza

The “A Winter in Mallorca” festival presents a concert by Polish pianist Maria Moliszewska, one of the emerging young performers on the European music scene.

Born in Kraków, Maria Moliszewska has developed a distinguished career as a solo pianist and chamber musician. She studied at the Feliks Nowowiejski Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz and at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Hamburg. She has received recognition in various music competitions and contests and has taken part in numerous concerts and festivals both in Poland and internationally.

With a particular sensitivity to the Romantic repertoire and a close connection to the music of Fryderyk Chopin, Moliszewska will offer Mallorca audiences an evening characterised by expressiveness, sensitivity and pianistic virtuosity.
