How does a dancer end up serving thirty years in prison for an act of terrorism?

Solo quería bailar, a Sevillian punk tragicomedy, tells the story of Pili in the first person: a dancer who ends up in prison after rebelling against the institution and its bureaucracy. She may not have been the terrorist she would have liked to be, but she has become an inconvenient voice.

In Andalusian Spanish, with humour, irreverence and an apparently naive perspective, Pili builds a sharp critique of the system. More than a story of revenge, it is a desperate act of love by someone who has never received enough of it.
