THE ICE QUEEN — A Family Musical

Auditorium Palma — Sala Mozart, Av. Gabriel Roca, 18, 07014 Palma, Balearic Islands

This famous adaptation of one of Hans Christian Andersen’s tales tells the adventures of a beautiful princess who sets out to find her sister, now a queen, who has withdrawn to live in majestic solitude in an ice palace beyond the Northern mountains. The Queen has magical powers that allow her to create snow and freeze her surroundings, but she cannot accept herself, ashamed of these powers and the negative effects they cause throughout her life.

But the young princess is optimistic and brave, and determined to bring her sister back to the normal world. Together with a young man from the snowy mountains, his reindeer and a curious, amusing snowman, she embarks on a journey full of adventures and dangers to save her and discover many things about life and love.
