Olive Fair 2026

Caimari’s Fira de s'Oliva is one of Mallorca’s most emblematic gastronomic and traditional events of the autumn, centred on celebrating extra virgin olive oil and olive-growing culture.

General information about the 2026 Fair

• Date: 21 November 2026.
• Location: Caimari (municipality of Selva), at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana.
• Admission: Free.

Main activities and products

• Tastings and olive oil: Tastings of freshly pressed extra virgin olive oil, seasoned olives, tapenades and related products.
• Craft market: Unique pieces made from olive wood, as well as local products such as tomàtiga de ramellet, cheeses, bread, coques and traditional sweets.
• Heritage and culture: Visits to working mill museums, local folklore performances, traditional music and competitions.
