New Wine Festival 2026

The New Wine Festival in Santa Maria del Camí is traditionally held on the last weekend of November to welcome the season’s young wine and celebrate the tradition of hanging a pine branch at the wineries.

Main festival activities:

• Wine Route: An open day at the village’s historic wineries, with tastings of new wine.
• Local gastronomy: A communal meal in Plaça Nova featuring traditional dishes such as burballes.
• Culture and music: Official events (such as the presentation of the Brot de Pi awards), glosades, concerts and cultural activities.
• Winery tastings: Participation by local wineries from Santa Maria (such as Bodegues Macià Batle and Celler Jaume de Puntiró).
