9th Edition – Despertar Emociones
21 November 2026 · Trui Teatre · Palma · 09:30
The ninth edition of Despertar Emociones is coming to Palma, established as one of the island’s leading events in the fields of personal development, emotional wellbeing and the sharing of practical tools for facing life. Year after year, the event has grown into an essential space for those who want to pause, understand themselves and move forward.
This edition, under the title “The Power of Humour to Transform Your Life”, offers a different perspective on how we face reality. Humour is not merely a form of escapism, but a profound tool that allows us to reinterpret what we experience, ease our emotional burden and find new ways to move forward, even in complex circumstances.
True to its essence, Despertar Emociones retains its distinctive format: three talks in a single morning, in one session, designed to offer an intense, coherent and always transformative experience. A unique format in Palma bringing together leading voices with a clear aim: to make useful, practical tools available to the public for everyday life.
Three voices who connect from different perspectives, but with the same purpose, will take to the stage at Trui Teatre:
Silvia Congost, psychologist and national authority on self-esteem and relationships, has supported thousands of people through their processes of change for more than two decades. Her ability to put into words what many people feel—but cannot explain—has made her one of the country’s most influential voices in personal development. Her message offers not only understanding, but also clarity and concrete tools to transform the way we relate to ourselves and to others.
JoaquĂn Caserza brings an unexpected yet necessary proposal to the stage. In “Conversaciones con mi mente”, he turns thoughts, fears and emotions into characters that come to life, allowing the audience to immediately see themselves reflected. Through intelligent, approachable humour, he achieves something unusual: laughter opens the way to deep reflection on our relationship with the mind.
Paz Padilla, actress, comedian and author, embodies the true power of humour like few others. Her story, shaped by loss and rebuilding, gives rise to a contribution that moves and transforms. With authenticity, she shows that humour does not diminish the importance of what we experience; rather, it helps us bear it, understand it and move forward with greater strength and purpose.
Three complementary perspectives that come together around one idea. Yes, humour can be one of the most powerful tools for transforming the way we live.
On 21 November at 09:30, Trui Teatre in Palma will host an experience that goes far beyond listening. Because some messages are heard. And others stay with you.
We look forward to seeing you!!
